I have been with iphone since the 3g, and to be honest getting bit bored with them, i was getting fed up with the same old same old on each model. where most other phones were leaping forward in design & features. I don't think it warrants an upgrade from the Iphone 4 which i had prior (before breaking it lol).........to be honest so i haven't bothered as you know i moved to Samsung galaxy S2 for a change...............And i love it lol

I'm loving the 4S Hamish - I've had all of them from iPhone 1, and this is really snappy (excuse the pun).

I agree that the photos have more detail and less contrast than iPhone 4 - but the in-app editing allows you to optimize the exposure post taking the shot, and that works just brilliantly.

The overlay grid enabled me to actually get the horizon level(ish) - and put the smoke stack on the thirds - so props to Apple for including this basic compositional feature.

I'm also loving Siri - the US version of Siri has a female voice, and she's already proved useful, and provided hours of entertainment.

I told her to ***k off yesterday when she couldn't understand me, and she came back and said 'I'll pretend I didn't hear that' - LMAO!
