Junior Lifeguard Try Outs

I like the comparison between the big group and the couple up the beach.

Thanks, Ralph. Actually this group of Junior Lifegueards was just a fraction of the total quantity on the beach that day. I'm guessing there were at least 150 or so. But some were in the water--swimming out then around the pier and back--while others were up the beach doing a run. Overall it was an interesting spectacle. I have a few more pictures I may post. Thanks again, Ralph.

Nice one Brian, were you on the cliff top or a building. I have asimilar spot to a beach, from a cliff and always a nice view of the world, away from all the people.

which one is Pamela Anderson then? ;)

Love the way the reds have saturated with the Kodak Gold film Brian

Excellent Brian. The composition works very well I think and I especially like the way you have caught the one young lady who is more bored than the others and is making a semi-circle in the sand with her foot.

I think I' like to see GPS evidence that this was taken from the pier and not, as I strongly suspect, a shimmering metallic dish! ;)

I was searching for Pamela. Unfortunately,...not present! ;)

I quite like the Kodak! Even their non-Pro emulsions are capable of producing lovely colors in my opinion. Thanks, Chris.

Thanks Pete. I wonder how many of those kids really wanted to be there,...?
