Kodak C41 B&w Film

I bought some photographic equipment from a charity shop last week, and amongst it is a B&W film by Kodak marked BWC 400ASA Process C41. There is no age on it, but I am curious because I don't recall a C41 B&W film by Kodak. Anyone seen or used it? Was it their version of XP?
Will put it through a camera for the hell of it.

They make a chromogenic b&w now called bw400cn it's a bit less contrasty than xp2, but nice!

Just shoot it... Maybe over expose it a bit, it won't hurt I wouldn't have thought

Thank you Hamish. I will shoot the film as you suggest and see how it goes. I have never seen this fim until now and will be interested in trying it. I will post the results sometime.
