Trippy lights

090112.jpg

More of an experiment than a final piece, something aI did a while back but this trime mounted with the Gorrilla Pod onto the head rest mount and shot through the fisheye, a quick set up on the way home from work this evening.

Will be exploring this in more detail in the future.

thanks for looking

KK that's ACE!!!
I've always wanted to do something like that! Blown away! This is top dog! Lol

BRILLIANT, i want ago at this in the BMW through Manchester city centre. Great idea & well executed.

Love that one with the camera supported in the headrest, Kev. The lights really give a sensation of speed. By the way, what shutter speed did you use for that one?

nice shot, like the one driving also, a friend of mine done one assimilate before going through a lit up tunnel which also looked very effective so dunno if you are near any tunnels may also be worth a go

Well, we are all being very productive in the still life/product/studio stuff and as I've been busy in the studio today I thought I would join in the fun, also having commented on Allan's 366 post yesterday I thought I'd give it a go myself, so meet Uncle Jack :D

and the real inspiration

For those who would like the Blue Peter bit

1/80 @ f5.6 Hand held Cardboard Box with hole cut to fit bottle, Acrylic top placed over hole, or Uncle Jack will fall through, not good :( black cloth over with hole cut the same, you could use black background paper, Black Backdrop about 1.5m behind, OCF set at 1/64th in box set to the hole area but not directly under and 2nd OCF set to 1/32 with bounce both fired remotely.

I could have done with a reflector on top to pull out the stopper detail and a more non reflective base to stop that annoying pick up on the bottom, but for a quick 366 I'm OK with it.

Thanks for looking :D
