Late Afternoon Sunlight Through Glass Doors

This is the entry to the office building I work in. The doors are west-facing, and as the sun is going down it casts dramatic shadows through the glass doors. One evening a few weeks ago I determined to get a shot with my Holga 120 WPC pinhole camera. I think it was about a 30 second exposure. I was using Fomapan 100 film, which I later developed in Rodinal.

Nicely observed Brian - did you get any strange looks from the staff? ;)

Thanks, Chris. I waited until most people had left. No one appeared while I was taking the picture, otherwise I most certainly would have got some strange looks. (Our crack security team--AKA The Keystone Kops--would likely have bundled me into the back of the Black Maria as a terrorist.)

LOL - I actually got stopped shooting in Downtown LA today - I was on private land, and security came out to politely tell me to cease and desist...

They then pointed to the bridge 20 yds from me and said - 'you can however shoot what you like from there' - pure insanity! :D

The shadows are great Brian and I can see why you took it. And Paul is quite right about the peaceful feeling it invokes. Although a long exposure pinhole with a few blurred figures would be nice. Is there a handy ledge you could place the camera discretely on?

Thanks Paul and Pete.
with a few blurred figures would be nice.
I actually have an image with a couple of blurred fellows from a few weeks ago. I think I took it with my Holga 120N. It didn't turn out very good though.
