The second is the best of the two IMHO. The trees look more like sculptures of trees than real ones and the figure on the bench has a monastic look to him.

Cheers, Dave. I too prefer the second, but the first was to show more of the scene, and get the tops of the trees in. I like the monastic comment. He was certainly motionless, and I took about ten shots.
