Lights Out--Vendors Make Do

Every Tuesday evening Huntington Beach hosts a "Street Fair and Farmer's Market." Last night we went, me and my Valentine and Sadie. Just as we arrived the downtown section of the city lost electrical power. It had nothing to do with us. However, some 25,000 homes were without power for a couple of hours.

Some of the vendors at the street fair had their own generators to light their kiosks. Others made do as best they could. A couple of examples that I shot with the 7D.

LOL. Aye,...found it in a ratty old camera bag in the back of the cupboard when I was looking for some shoe polish.

Hamish and Dan,...thanks for the comments. No,...I didn't actually lose the 7D. I believe Chris was making mirth regarding the rarity of images I make with it and I was playing along.
