Living on the Edge

Lesley Jones

Otherwise know as Zooey
Quite literally. The boys had spent the night in the springy heather right along Curbar Edge. When I realised I had got the best out of Pillar Rock, I wondered what to do next. It didn't take long... back to the friendly bullocks of course. I had to be careful because they were standing next to a sheer drop, but they clearly remembered me from the day before.

I've tried to be honest about the lack of light because it was still before dawn. I may give it a little lift tomorrow if necessary...

Beautiful shot, it's nice when animal subjects cooperate :)

Love the silky cloud (or it's sea?) in the background, too.

Mooooooving stuff Leslie ;)

Love the way he cuts the horizon line

My brother in law lost one of his heeland coos 6 or 8 months ago. It fell over a cliff edge. The danger is real. Nice shot, Lesley.

Composition : great
Edit : great
ETC. : great
Like most of your work, all the little technical things are well
done. What I like so much about this is how you were able to
get all the little things to work so well together. Put them all
together and you have an image that is pleasing and actually
enjoyable to look at over and over again.
