Critique Welcomed Lovebirds at the Getty

Visited the Getty last Monday to see the Oscar Rejlander exhibit before it closed. (Fine exhibit!)

Took the opportunity to shoot my Sigma Quattro SD, which I haven't shot with in many months.

Here is a pair of unknown lovebirds surveying the landscape of West Los Angeles.

I hope it's not Lover's Leap!

You've shared a number of shots of the Getty museum over the years, all good ones as far as I recall, Brian. Nice sky - a real sky, not all blue. I like how you've got the pair just right of centre instead of bang on. Doing so opens up the scene more.

Thanks Rob. I love the drama a brooding sky can offer. This was on Memorial Day, a national holiday over here, and it was alternately rainy and cloudy throughout the day. Loved it! Thanks for the comments Rob.

That is a fine images, the composition works so well. The architectue looks most interesting, like a modern take on the castle on the hill overlooking the city.

Thanks Dave. I love visiting the Getty. For photographers its a target rich environment. And to your point, from many miles to the south (the direction the people in the image are gazing) it appears like a big white modern castle. Thanks again, Dave!
