Took a run out to Lyle, Washington the other day. I usually see bald eagles there however it's been on the warm side (58 degrees F at the moment). Although there weren't any eagles in sight, I was happy with the one I caught the other day at Ridgefield. I had the OM-1 with the 300/4 Pro mounted but never saw anything worth using it on. I also had one of these in my pocket that sits in the car just in case. Out of the corner of my eye I saw some blue on the river that caught my eye.
