Taken a few years ago at a heavy horse show - we were there with our ferrets doing PR. During my lunch break I wandered off in search of something interesting to photograph. This gentleman was surrounded by children, but for one second he moved forward and I was able to capture this

Great photo Lesley and the B+W suits the subject. Lovely tones with the graduation from delicate greys to the dark blacks.

Yep - that's a nice shot! I'd be tempted to tweak a bit more shadow detail out.

I don't think there is a lot of detail in the shadows Dave, which is why it ended up like this. It was a wet and miserable day (but what else would you expect from a summer show?)
