A while back some friends gave me a laser-cut kit to build a balsa wood tree house for an indoor plant. I think they got the idea because I do build miniatures (I’ll share some others at some point) and ‘restored’ an old doll’s house for a friend last year.
Anyway, the kit was pretty simple and would have taken about half an hour to build. However, some pixies spotted it and took control of the build! The interior is fully equipped with a kitchen, dining table and bed, plus a bathroom. In the attic they have installed a workbench and a pillar drill (I have no idea what they get up in there although it looks like they might be building a rocking chair for the veranda!) plus the usual stuff you find in a attic and a cold-water tank and pipes to the external water heater on the roof.
It is about 10 cm wide, but plenty big enough for house plant pixies it seems!
