Frank, your macro shots are stunning.

Which lens/camera are you using for these captures?

I played around with my 1:1 macro yesterday in the garden, and got diddly squat that was sharp, so I'm keen to learn how you get such excellent results.

Well up untill 2 Days ago I used my S100fs Just set to macro + a lot of practice But unfortunately The card slot has packed up so untill I get it fixed Its a DSLR again, some of my pix are taken with a DSLR they should all have the Exif data intact. all of my pictures are taken with no addons.

Never seen one of these, but another lovely capture.

Do you shoot in RAW, btw?

I used to have a Fuji S6500fd which was quite simply amazing for the money. The macro didn't have 1:1 but was fairly good as a macro camera. It had a little bit too much barrel distortion but the lens was just superb at full magnification which was about 300mm equivalent. I Nikon that I now have is good but I know what you mean about Fuji's.
