Critique Welcomed Moonlit night

As requested, I try to venture a criticism. The photo is interesting for its subject and light, but in my opinion there are too many elements present in the framing that risk distracting from the main subject which I identify with the palace-tower that stands out with its luminous holes against the moonlight. I would give the photo a square crop by eliminating most of the roof garden. Also (I did a test) in this case the black and white adds a huge visual strength to the image.

Just my two cents.

The phone did do a good job and the exposure works well. I do see what Gianluca means though and the bottom third of the image are somewhat redundant and distract. A square crop of the upper part might suit the image well should you be so inclined.
