We had a visitor to my local airport today - part of the Wings of Freedom flight.

X-Pro1 and 18mm Lens

Extremely impressive to see and hear - and wonderful to photograph.

They were offering flights in this two seater - only $2,000 a pop!

That's impressive Chris but not as impressive that you photographed it without security dragging you away as a suspected terrorist. Or did you sneak in, I can't see anyone else about, the place looks empty.

No flying for me - a trip in a bomber was more reasonable at $450, but that's still a lot of dosh to drop for 20mins of fun.

Thanks Paul - It had just taxied in, so I rushed to grab the shot before the crowd barriers were removed and the folks got to flock around the plane.

There were about a thousand people behind me!
