Mute Subject

was out and about in Aberfeldy and the Sma Glen today. Took these 2 of Loch na Creige and thought they looked better with a muted tone rather than pure B&W.

I was in 2 minds Hamish. B&W looked too bland and the blue sky over powered it in full colour

I was in that same location a few weeks back on my motorcycle etc, Crieff/Sma Glen/Glen Quaich/Kenmore/Killin/St. Fillins/Comrie/Braco and home to Alloa.

There's many great locations around that area for landscape photography.

Cheers Peter. It is a small area of delight. Doesnt matter what you are in mood to shoot theres something for everyone.

PS ive got a couple more want to post from Grantully. Was luck to have a few canoeists on the water when i stopped at Grantully for the small falls

Its very effective, I like it a lot ... Just a little too sharp if I had to be critical, but I suspect thats a web thing!?
