The lounge, taken with a Vivitar PN2011 that I had converted to a pinhole camera. I used Memories brand 200 ASA film. This was about a 6 second exposure. (If my wife knew I posted this she'd knock my block off.)

If that's messy, you ain't coming round my place!! I like the light coming through the blinds - it looks like it should be Jakarta or somewhere like that. I'm expecting to see a young woman in a 30's summer dress come in at any moment fanning herself with her hat and dropping onto the sofa 'fatigued' by the heat!! I also love the aperture that you pinhole creates. Like a porthole into a scene.

Thanks a lot, Pete. I overexposed it a tad. Just guessing at the time. I'd give it a second or two less if I did it again. Maybe I'll have one of my daughters in it next time for the 30's effect. (Pete, you must be getting sentimental in your old age, as you have refrained from admonishing me over my now almost obligatory--and surely by now expected--scanner lint! ;)

Thanks again, Pete!

The easiest way to avoid having messy rooms, we've found, is just to avoid having anything in them! That's why we're minimalists!

It has a ver Raffles / Plantation feel about it with the shutters and the light streaming in - where's my G&T!

Darren - I figure your place has uncluttered white surfaces - no pictures on the walls - no handles on the cabinets ;)
