The Croydon Riots
There are a couple of new audio visual shows on my website.
I have just finally got around to completing a show based on the Croydon Riots. For me it's as relevant today as it was back in 2011 when many cities in England rioted.

Excellent, Tom. An air of sadness after the event, yet the music spoke of an underlying menace. What was the music, by the way? I liked it when it stopped - which is not to say I didn't like it, of course, but it suddenly seemed like it was holding its breath. Very good photography throughout, and the presentation strengthened this.

Thanks Rob. You mean the part that quietened about half way through? Holding it's breath; perfect description.

The track I used is from the album Nordland. Which reminds me I need to credit the music and it's source on the website.

A potent and very effective work Tom. I like the way the music works with the presentation and the way you have added text. The shots where passers-by look to the camera are very effective and complement the scenes of destruction well.

Thanks for trying Nick. Do you have Quicktime on your system. If you have it should work. They work on my Mac and Windows systems. They are large files and on first attempt to run them each one can take from 12 to 20 secs to open.
