If anyone spots anything funny happening with them, let me know, they should be fine though!

I like them Hamish, the only problem I have is that the site seems very slow to load, my system maynot be the fastest in the world but this is the only site that takes an age to load, and to go from page to page, any ideas??

Should be a bit quicker now we dont have the facebook/twitter nonsence in the header
I have noticed we arnt the fastest site, some of it is down to the software im sure... it is on our list to try and improve

The Office is only open Tuesday and Thursday, ring on Thursday around 12:30. We have just moved so things are a bit all over the place and staff are only PT being a charity and all that..

Looking great Hamish - very snazzy and easy to navigate

No hover text on MacSafari as yet

Site is slow to respond today - could be a DNS issue as after the page is finally located it loads fast enough - so may be unrelated to any changes with the icons I suspect

Yeah, doubt it's icons, it's never been fast really ...
Few more tweaks to do then I'm going to look at optimising it, maybe have a chat with the company who supply out hosting service ... I dunno, just a general tweakaroo to speed stuff up if it's possible...

I have no issues with speed to be honest, no quicker or slower than any other forum & i have slow broadband too.........!!

Hi Hamish, having used the forum all evening I wonder if the number of unread posts might be better in the space between the Gallery drop-down and the search. Or are there other plans for that space. What do you think?

I did concider it Pete, but the thing that occured to me was that it's actually a fairly superfluous feature anyway
The what's new button does the job in that part of the forum, so where it is, as you say, it's just a notification nest to the other notification ...

Hamish,...on my PC the text is hovering over all of the icons except the one that shows the number of new replies to forum posts.
