That is really very effective Mick. I like the artificiality that the HDR has given. It makes a great compliment to the subject I think. I haven't been to Brimham rocks for years. Somewhere I have some B&W prints shot there on a Nikon FE if I remember correctly.

Hi Mick ... I really like you low(er) contrast approach to HDR
The one of the rocks makes for very relaxing viewing which is basically the polar opposite of what i expect from HDR ... which is a good thing!

I nearly missed thes images though ... dont be shy, post some in the photography part of the forum

These HDR / B&W shots do work very well don't they. Almost like a soft pencil drawing.
