Lovely, lovely detail. See what a spot of cloud can do!! And I love the reflection in the building. You aliens should stop messing about abducting bicycles and engineer a few more clouds on a regular basis!

Looks just like the view of Tripoli (if I really squint hard and use a lot of imagination)............

Thanks guys - there's an amazing amount of green for it being downtown LA, but you only really get a feel for it from a high viewpoint.
The Marriott Hotel is like a mirror shard across a block between the 110 and Figueroa, and you can see an on-ramp to the freeway reflected in it's southern face.
Most of the real high-rise structures are behind me and to my right, so you get a great view to Mt Wilson on the horizon when the air is clear (as it was after the rain).
I was about to go into a meeting, spotted the view from the window - so put the X100 up against the glass and took a couple of shots.
