Obnoxious

Gorse here is very common . As kids it was a favourite to use the flowers to make a bubbly drink, a bit like elderberry fizzy drink. Lovely it was as well.
Like the set Rense, the colours are good and brings a real presence to the place.
 
No.3 for me...so much going on in that sky, and a great wee lead-in line...

Likewise, the stuff is very common here...
 
Lovely set, Rense and this could so easily be Asdown Forest or parts of the South Downs where I grew up. So a very familiar plant to me but something of a contentious one. Anyway, love it or hate it, this set captures it beautifully and I like the first especially.
 
Thank you! I love it, probably because it's so rare around here. But the early flowers in such abundance..... What's not to love?
