Open air museum exhibit

Taken in a small place called Nisporeni, in the Rep. of Moldova, on a business trip there. This was, acc. to what they told me, the main transportation vehicle for peasants until the middle of the XXth century. All wood and iron, usually drawn by a couple of horses, local breed. It can still be seen in remote areas in the Balkans and Eastern Europe.

I like the way you have captured the decay of the cart. You can still get an impression of what it was, but play of light and dark tells a story.
