Great shots Dave.I am hoping to take some Puffin shots myself soon. My fav is the Puffin in flight with a nice mouth full of fish.

Oh my! Those are just superb!! He looks as though he's dancing in the third one - that is just so full of character. Actually... I don't think I have ever seen such close shots of these birds. Wonderful!

I'll have to go with the 1st image I think. It is the pose and the background gives it a different context than you usually see.

Dave - they remind me of family holiday shots growing up, we were always having our picture taken during picnics, i.e. eating! 
#2 I love for the details and and tones, the OOF backdrop looks lovely and makes the subject really pop
#4 I love because they look so comical when flying - lovely DOF by the way - is the wing out of the focus zone or blurred by movement? Either way - brilliant capture.

Wonderful set! I love them all!
The shots with the colourful beaks full of silver fish are great. Love the dance in #3 & the last flying one is great as they always look as if they shouldn't be able to fly. Great set!
