I had this MP810 (I think, at least that is what it says on the CD) given to me with a computer that I currently use. When I try to install the software from the CD, it seems to be stuck at 66% complete despite movement in the animated diagram showing 'something is happening'
Canon's own download page only refers to some kind of software for printing borderless pix. no help at all with install software/drivers. I was really banking on this because I could then use it to print onto CDs. I suppose somebody might say ah! this is the reason you were Given the printer.....
but actually the guy was leaving Japan so needed to divest himself of large and heavy things. the computer wprks perfectly
what else can I try?
