Took a few random shots when I was waiting for dinner to start tonight. I thought this one was pretty funny. Showed it to Priya, but she wasn't that impressed. Am I the only one who thinks it's funny?

Works for me too Jim - I like it. And the cyclist I like also. Would probably crop some from the RH side though to make her less central and make it slightly more dynamic.

Thanks Pete for your kind words and the suggestion. I agree with that the cyclist shot would be better if she is less centered.

Could you share your thought on why cropping on right instead of left? I don't have a preference on either side, I am interested in understanding your artistic thought process.

Well my main comment is I meant left - I wonder sometimes, I really do (I'll have another banana and see if that helps)!! By moving her to the left of the frame she is very much riding into the picture which I think would make it more dynamic. I guess that makes more sense now I've got my side sorted out (I wonder if that explains why my shoes are so uncomfortable today as well ) !
