I was just about to, then I saw this for the Hexar:

• Manually Set Film Speed: 1) Turn the camera to "A" mode 2) Hold down the "Select" button until you see the ISO film speed in LCD panel 3) Use the unlabeled + / - buttons next to the aperture dial to select film speed

By the way, what speed should I set it to?

800 is the recommended. I've shot it at between ei400 and ei3200 though ...
But speeds other than 800 should be pulled or pushed accordingly when developed
