Critique Welcomed Red Squirrel X 2

Taken at a red squirrel hide here on the island. There are two hides, one very close to me in Parkhurst Forest and this one at 'Alverstone Mead'. Both have their individual positives with Alverstone having a reasonable owl population and open ground, whereas Parkhurst has a good rapture and diverse insect population but is densely wooded.

Number one is super Gavin. Great composition and full of character. I find the frame at the top a tiny bit off-putting though. But it's a fantastic image in any case.

I love the nokeh on #1 but I also like #2 a lot; there's something about the light glistening off the wee fellow's coat that I like.
