Thanks for the suggestion Pete, I’ll give this a go and post the result as the plant lives in my living room.

Sadly I wasn’t able to get the same angle as before on these sundew Pete, but I did try to stop down some more to I think without checking f.8/11 on this one



And as my current enjoyment continues snapping the house flowers and plants, here’s some more of the sundews and a new orchid addition

I think I concur Pete- although I prefer the compositional angle and effect of the background on the original, but that’s the orientation of the sundews traps.

Thanks Tony, I’ll be looking to share some more as the time passes showing some others from the plant collection. I’ve some Hawarthoia that look interesting but are a struggle finding the composition with.
