Critique Welcomed Reflection surprise...

Good catch, Glenn. Overall I like the tone and the stillness. Pity it is a bit overblown where the bulb is, but I'm not going to let that stop my appreciation of the picture.

Today is Wednesday, but I see you uploaded this on Monday. I've noticed a few of my own images not getting commented on or even seen for a few days, and I guess it is happening to others too. Either posts are getting lost, or people are commenting less, or, indeed, we are diminishing in number.

I now make a habit of looking below the bit that says "Threads below this have not been updated since your last visit but have unread messages." As there often a few I swear I've never seen before.

Interesting Rob. I don't know about everyone else...but for me I've been on the go quite a bit lately. I always thought that once retired I would have "time" but it's not actually working out that way. Also for me...when I'm on the move I look but don't comment much. I'm actually sitting on a wet bench on this damp morning...on my iPhone right now.
Anyways,,,thanks for the comments...the blown out light is why I keep trying to get it right. I haven't been able to figure the right balance between the dark space shot through the dirty window and the bright lights.

You may never get it right, Glenn. The dynamic range of your camera doesn't go that far.
I'm on my iPod at the moment and its hard work typing with my fat fingers. I drop in regularly but don't comment much unless I feel the need to be argumentative or insulting.
When I get near a keyboard ill have more to say.
Besides, who wants a crowd? Intimacy is a good thing .

Maybe getting near a keyboard is not a good idea?
