Not too sure about the blue hue...this is pretty much 'as shot'

Richard I know what you mean about not being sure. It does have a something that is not obvious to me. First thing that came to mind was Painter Giorgio de Chirico , probably more to do with the perspective than anything else. It does though have great perspective which does not dominate the image but does give it it's strength . The more I have looked at it the more it grows on me which I often read as an image that has some depth to it , not in the visual sense but as an idea of at least a starting point.

Much improved. Very nice angles, composition. Somehow it should be funnier than it is, don't you think, given the characters involved? Love the wet pavements!

Funnily they spotted me & stopped & posed for a photo...but that was exactly what it was...posed & quite boring.
