Scottish books

It was a great feeling for Susan and I to see her new book on a shelf in Blackwells bookshop. She uses her maiden name, Susan Rennie. Her book is "Jameison's Dictionary of Scots". Jamieson, a friend of Walter Scot, wrote the first Scots language dictionary. She also has a chapter in the book on the left of her book, called "Scotland in Definition". Who'se a clever girl, then? Proud husband!

There is something about seeing ones name in print in a proper book (not one done yourself if you know what I mean) got a buzz just seeing my name under a photo in a book recently. :)

Well done Mrs Mac..and the long suffering Mr Mac of course...;)

i do vaguely but i've never stopped to read the plaque

Congrats to Mrs Rob - you must be a proud hubby :)

I really like the image, Rob! Nice one!

The big congrats should go to Susan, though, what a great achievement having a book in print! Seems you're not the only star in the family, Rob!
