She certainly has the eyes doesn't she? Very nice shot. Again, I'd be tempted to lose a bit from the top though. What about desaturating the top she is wearing a bit?
Wonderful eyes and great contact with the viewer - agree with Pete that you could crop a little off the top and loose the background to clean things up a little.
The window gave you a lovely catch-light as well - excellent use of natural light.
Well I shot it half an hour before I posted it or so and it's uncropped as regards printing but I'd crop it before I did. Almost all prints can do with a crop. I'm a huge user of window light. It's free and can give you diffuse or harsh light, depending on the angle of the subject to it.
