Sesnon 135mm f/2.8 lens query

Hi all;

I've just did a deal for a used/mint condition Sesnon 135mm f/2.8 lens, should have this next week etc. It's a lens I know nothing about.

Has anyone any knowledge of this lens please.....? Which country would it have come from I wonder...?
