Sharing lightroom presets and Photoshop actions

Here's a 16x12 8 pic print template I have made in Lightroom, I have the preset to share but at the moment I can't work out how to post it here so if any one knows how to do it please let me know.

Im not sure ... in the print section, at the side there is a thing called template browser
click the + button and create the preset, then right click the preset and click export ...
the exported file should just be importable the same way ... i have never tried it, but it looks as though thats how it is done ...

Yes, I've got the preset saved but am at a loss as to how to make it available on here.

at some stage im going to set up a ftp folder for this sort of stuff i think ... it would be nice to have a place to share this sort of thing ...
