Critique Required Shop Window Of Photos

Ok I like this which is why I posted it to the showcase but nearly (at the time of posting) 140 views I was shocked. So can I ask what every one else thinks please

I like this very much as well. I think the extra border provided around the window frame works well and I am (or rather was, as we now know about the gallery) intrigued by the rather odd pictures. I also like the illusion of displacement caused by the central vertical bar. It could almost be two images stuck together.

The border was the brick wall which went black because it was taken at night I love the symmetry of it as well and I can see your point of the central bar as well (that was the window frame )

My first reaction was that it was some kind of reflection shot. And then I looked closer and saw that there are two different windows. And then I had to look closer at the photo's. And then the contrast...and then the self border...and then there are more and thens...which is why I love it so much.

I am beginning to think its linked somewhere now a third more views than anything else in the showcase ?? Its not that good its not centralised quite, slightly sloping, shot at 1000iso hand held with a cheap kit lens

I like the near symmetry between the windows and the exposure is just perfect (creatively speaking).

The symmetry I cannot take credit for lol Thanks Paul must admit it wasnt easy to get right I bracketted the shot then adjusted it in LR to get it to how I wanted it
