Critique Welcomed Sky high

They had a kite festival and wonder of wonders a blue sky too - in Wales.



It's an odd composition.

Yes, it does make you think and I've nearly damaged my neck trying to figure out which way is up. I like it though. There is some wonderful texture on the clouds and I find the creases on the kites rather fascinating. Is that a Finding Nemo kite near the bottom right hand corner?

I don't think it's Nemo but the kites were quite varied. I like the way an ultra wide lens works with skies like that.

Sadly I couldn't go the whole way and use the lens at 10mm as too much of the surroundings crept in otherwsie teh sky might have been better still.

It might be odd, but it's a great composition and I love the confusion it causes. Looking up or down? Super stuff.

I dont think there is an "Up" .......... It is weird and confusing. But I really like it. Thanks for saring it (I think )
