Focus be damned - the textures and colours are great. I find there's a bit too much space at the top but I really like it. It would probably also work well with muted colour too.

No problem - I went through phase of mixing Dan and Tom (I still have nightmares about it!).

Loving the colors - it just sums up spring

I've found the macro mode on the X100 has built-in 'soft-focus' at f2 (a feature, honest!) and gets sharp at f2.8 and beyond.

Apparently it tells you not to use f2 macro in the manual somewhere, but I've yet to find that page!
