The "finger" at the tip of the flower looks like it has been dipped in ink, something sinister about it. A blooded thorn. I really love this picture. It has been wonderful seeing the process to get here. The ripples are interesting, and the whole composition is just right. Well done, Pete. I really do think it is a very fine photograph. What will you print it on?

It's one of my favourite inkjet papers. I did a 40 x 40 cm version of the coloured pair onto it yesterday for Ina's office.
