I have had a few fleeting goes with the Sony A7r just lately. If you aren't aware, it is a full frame (24x36) sensor compact system camera. It has the same mount as the apsc nex series, has 36 mega pixies no aa filter is a fraction of the size of an slr but in terms of picture quality punches with the absolute best of them ... it comes in at £1700.
I bought the zeiss biogon 35mm f2 the other day, and the first thing I did was march it down LCE and take some snaps with it on the A7r

here is a 72dpi full size version ... the end of the telescope is where i focused

There is also a 24 mega pixie version that does have a aa filter and as such has phase detection AF ... it definitely has an advantage in the AF department from my tinkerings, but if i were to buy one, I doubt it would be for AF lenses ...
