i was really chuffed with this photo and hardly any editing so got it right first time i think

Cracking skies Adam - you could be at the same spot a hundred times and not get those lovely clouds and the blue sky

Assume you used a polarizer?

With that sort of backdrop, I'd be super tempted to try a B&W version - the building details and then that sky should really pop

Well its a small area within an area but nice place for the gardens. I didn't use any filters for this shot just literally added slight vi vignette and that's it.

It certainly is a stunning image. I love the almost yellow of the building against the saturated blue sky. The clouds are awesome!
