Had a go at a sort of "high key" (is that the right term for it) still life shot.
The background is our window at the top of the stairs where the flower thing stands.

This hasn't been cropped, it's all I could fit in the frame with my 90mm macro lens.

Makes a change from birds I suppose... LOL...

I think the high key works really well, and the crop in the composition as well

Nice mate, the background gas worked well
I'd have put space round it and put it off centre ... But I think this works
A shot of one of the flower things by it's sled infront of the same White background would look good I reckon!

Yes Darren, just a bare window. I had to increase the exposure a bit to blow the background out properly but no fancy flash or lighting...lol.

Quick snap of the window. When I took the proper shot the sun was shining into the window more and hid the pattern in the glass.
