Pete has a great idea...but this shot really works for me. It looks like the dove is attacking the shadow. Try Pete's idea...but man this one is so interesting. Rome is being nice to you.

The more I look at this the more i like it. My eye keeps flicking between the pigeon and the shadow. Also the way they are separated by the 2 areas of stonework works really well.
