Streets of Old Havana...

Havana is a photographers dream. Old buildings, old cars, beautiful vistas, and wonderful people. We were there 2 years ago. The kids still play on the streets of this city the way they did at home when I was a kid. No PlayStations or X-boxes in Cuba. The kids are all playing stick-ball or riding bikes. It was very refreshing.

Fabulous - and the vintage trucks just tops it off nicely

I'm very fortunate to have visited Cuba a few years ago.
I took the opportunity to visit a restaurant called Remedeos inland Cuba, Moron, and it was a fatastic experience.
This shot has just taken me back in time, is like to say thanks for reminding me that I should really dig out some of my photos.
:) :)

Excellent Chris. I've heard many people say it's a great place for photographers and I have several books with shots taken there most notably by David Bailey. Do you have more?

Do I have any more? Mua-ha-ha-ha! (evil laugh) I could flood this website with the photos I took in Cuba and probably shut down the servers! I'll spare you...for now...but here's one more of my favorites. Thanks for the compliments guys!

Super Chris. Love the contrast of the red and green and the timing on the car is just right. I've got plenty of spare time over coming days, so...

Ask and ye shall receive...

Here are a few more...mostly city pics, and cars. I couldn't stop taking pictures of cars!

There is something about the last one which I really like. It seems like the photo captures the feeling of motion.

More smashing sots there. I can imagine that the cars would be pretty addictive. Love the shoe repairer (?). My favourite is the second shot though with guy who's shirt matches the colour of the car although I like the detail of the balconies in the 3rd too. Wonderful.
