Back in 2017 I was invited to photograph an event that had been put on locally by the group Humber Taiko. Here are two black and white conversions. Again, Nikon D600 with additional battery pack and Nikon 180mm f2.8 lens. ISO was around 1,600.

Love the strong contrasts and I especially like the sense of concentration in the first.

Pete it was an excellent gig and a serious privilege to be asked to photograph it. These guys are absolutely amazing at what they do and the intensity of the whole show is quite severe. Really loved it.
