Yeah... I am too! Medium format scans at 3200dpi have an awesome level of detail from the right cameras... I have a feeling this is quite a sharp lens!

That's wonderfully framed with those wonky bits of fence and wire. Very suiting to the subject. I think that with film there is something in the shadow tones that you don't get with digital. I guess it is to do with the smoother transition from one tone to the next.

I think it's the non linear response of film ...
Possible, but harder with digital IMO!

Great shot Hamish. Like Paul, I like the mixture of frames here especially the way the slope of the fence mirrors the slope of the roof.

Well on the way to having an ebook... Have also landed my self a cafe walls to display them on when I'm done ... Which is pretty sweet I think!

Been working toward getting all the shots to look right together today and it does fit
The mix of 6x4.5 and 6x6 feels a little odd though ... ...

That is true. Most of the rectangular formats seem to sit OK together but square seems to work better when all are square I find.

I think it will be a case of framing and wall position being right ... Maybe separate them slightly!
I'll have to see when the time comes ...
