Darkish, maybe, but I wanted to catch the soul of the forest. Which, in this case, was quite darkish. Teutonic.

Well, I am partial to dark images myself. Beautiful and subtle rendering. Both curiously inviting and foreboding at the same time.

Dark suits me as well. It gives you more sense of place. If it was lighter it would only look like a snapshot.

Now that is simply gorgeous, Rense and the dark tones suit it perfectly.
