Now I know nothing Pete, but that sounds like collectors lingo. Are you a collector? Is it railway I wonder.

No, I'm not a collector. This was one of the figures that Ina had hidden in the Advent Calandar she had made for me. Yes, HO/OO is one of the common scale sizes (1:87) for model railways and these figures are made by Preiser for such uses. The make models to other scales as well and the range is huge.
