I used a Kodak Ektachrome E100G Pro film in my Olymbus XA2 camera to achieve this. I really like this picture but I can't pin point exactly what I like about it.........

yeah, def, it looks nice, but i also like the idea that he has his back turned to a load of pigs whilst eating a ham sarny!
have you done anything to the image in lightroom?

Cheers. I have yes, but not as much as normal. I find the Ektachorme film adds a nice effect by it self because it’s slide film, so I try not to mess with them too much. Yeah I think that’s what I like about it! I could come up with some arty speal to go with it to make it just that little bit more pretentious!

That camera looks real nice. I do prefer the XA flash though. It screws onto the side. Purely a style think, put that can be important sometime ;-)
 
Robert, I think you caught the moment - that's a great bite there!

The vintage tone of the image from the slide films works well, makes it look like it could be the 50's, 60's, 70's etc
