The Night Market

Well, not strictly The Night Market in HK but a market at night. @Aldous Lau will have to tell you exactly where this was but it was a short distance from where we had dinner on the Friday evening (delicious by the way). This was actually the only photograph I made with the Monochrom in HK and as to why is was shot at 1/1000s at f/8 at ISO 3200 I have no idea. I switched to the M9 just after this shot but it does show what the Monochrom is capable of.

Lovely Pete. That Monochrome is sure capable of some stoatin' images! (But why switch to the M9 just after--were you embarrassed or something?;):D)

I really like this, Pete. The isolation of the lighted stalls within the pitch black background is very effective.

Very nice tones there Pete. Really like this.
