The Night Market

Well, not strictly The Night Market in HK but a market at night. @Aldous Lau will have to tell you exactly where this was but it was a short distance from where we had dinner on the Friday evening (delicious by the way). This was actually the only photograph I made with the Monochrom in HK and as to why is was shot at 1/1000s at f/8 at ISO 3200 I have no idea. I switched to the M9 just after this shot but it does show what the Monochrom is capable of.

Very nice and I love the dark framing around the lighter centre and the way that lights for a line of perspective off into the distance. We haven't seen many images from your Monochrome, can't think why.

Thanks all. I think the reason I switched to the M9 was quickly is that we moved to a more modern part of the area that was both more brightly lit and very colourful.
